Do you give a guarantee on your pre-owned equipment?

Unfortunately we cannot give a guarantee with our pre-owned equipment, although every measure is taken to ensure excellent quality products aresold to our clients. It is your responsibility to inspect the product before buying it.We do however have a 14 day return policy where product may be returned if you are not satisfied with it and we will repair the product or refund you if repair is not possible. We will however assess each comeback that falls outside the 14 day return period independently and may still repair equipment if we see that the problem was caused by a faulty product or may ask our client to pay only for the parts, charging no labouron the repair depending on the situation. We will try our best to keep a good relationship between us and the client and will therefore try our best to help the client where we can. When buying new equipment, you will receive a factory standard guarantee, this differs from product to product, please ask our salesmen for more information on new equipment guarantees.

Do you provide financing on your equipment?

Yes, we can arrange for a personal loan of up to R 150 000 on pre-owned equipment. We can also arrange for full financing on new equipment. It is preferred that clients take our quotation to their own bank as well as they normally receive better interest rates this way.

Do you accept Lay-Buys or Instalments?

Yes, you can simple pay us a deposit on the tractor or implement and equipment will be removed from our floor and reserved for you. You will then have to pay monthly instalments up to a maximum of 3 months, dependable on the equipment’s price. If you run out of money in this time period, we can always offer you any other cheaper product instead. Unfortunately we charge a 10% penalty fee on money refunded if client decides that they don’t want the equipment anymore and requests money to be paid back to them.

Can you deliver my equipment and can you help me export my equipment?

Yes, we can arrange for your tractor or equipment to be delivered anywhere in South Africa as well as to any African countries. We can arrange the paperwork needed to cross borders and deliver the tractor to your doorstep.

Can you repair my tractor, car, bakkie or farming equipment for me?

Yes, we have a workshop where we can repair, service, rebuild, re-spray or panel-beat your tractor, car, bakkie or anything else. We will quote you for free and quality work is guaranteed.

Can I trade in any vehicle on one I buy from you?

Yes, you can for example trade in one of your car on one of our tractors. We will determine the value of your vehicle and the decision will then be up to you.

Can you sell my equipment for me on consignment?

Yes, we will accept any consignment stock. Consignment is when stock is parked on our premises so that we can sell it for you. The stock will remain your ownership and you will be able to collect the stock at any time. We do not charge any fees and you will be able to collect your equipment at any time. We will not do any repairs on your stock without written permission from you and if repairs has been done, you will have to pay for the repairs before collection. We can collect the stock from you or you can bring it to us. We will add our profit to the price you want for the equipment and will only release stock when you have been paid in full. We take full responsibility for your stock and have excellent on-site security to protect your assets. We have sold millions of Rands worth of consignment stock for our clients and never have less than R 1 000 000.00 worth of consignment stock on our floor. We sign a legally binding contract with our clients so that you feel safe leaving your assets in our hands.

Will you be able to find me the vehicle/tractor I'm looking for?

Yes, you can phone us and tell us what you're looking for, our team will then search the market for you and report back to you. If for example you're looking for a Toyota Land Cruiser in a good condition for under R 200 000, our team will go out in the market to find you the vehicle you're looking for, and show you for example 4 Land Cruiser's in your price class in a good condition. Same applies for a tractor or any other vehicle or equipment you're looking for.
